Shirin Tinnesand, Refugee and Migration Coordinator at WADI, talks to Terry-Jo about the importance of building a regulated process of aid for the most vulnerable: refugees. With her work at WADI, she has helped intercept many attempts to exploit vulnerable refugees in the confusion of the unregulated aid process, with some brazen criminals masquerading as private citizens providing needed aid.
