Lindsay Fleming is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a platform of nearly a half million followers on social media. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults. Lindsay loves to provide a safe non-judgmental space for people to learn about mental health and improve their lives, most importantly their happiness.
After encouragement from her middle school girls leadership workshop, she facilitated her joining TikTok. After a few months of posting mental health information, she gained a large following and community. Her goal is to help those who do not have access to reliable mental health information and those who felt like her, anxious, not enough, and always striving for perfection. She found who she truly is and her passion for helping others HER way, not the way she thought she was supposed to.
