Nelson Dellis is one of the world's leading memory experts, having won the USA Memory Championships six times and earned the title of elite Grandmaster of Memory. He is also a successful mountaineer and Alzheimer's disease activist. Nelson was born with an average memory. Inspired by the passing of his grandmother from Alzheimer's disease, he started training his memory so that he could keep his mind strong and healthy throughout his lifespan. In a short time, he became one of the world's leading competitive memorisers. Memory is such a critical element of our identity and one that needs to be recognised, systematised and practised.
