150. Our Bodies Are Creatures of Wild Light: A Practical Guide to Circadian Living with Karinda Wholistix (Part Two)

Dela

There is a rhythm your body has always known — the rhythm of light and darkness.

In Part Two of my conversation with naturopath Karinda Wholistix, we move into the practical application of circadian biology — exploring simple ways to work with our ancient relationship with sunlight, darkness, and the natural rhythms that shape our health.

From light breaks and evening rituals to the nuanced conversation around sun exposure, this episode is about bringing circadian wisdom into the reality of modern life.

About Karinda

Karinda Wholistix is a BHSc Naturopath, Fertility Awareness Educator, and Menstrual Cycle Educator based in Naarm (Melbourne), working with women online across Australia. She specialises in helping women decode what their bodies are communicating through their hormones, periods, and menstrual cycles — getting to the root of what’s driving symptoms rather than simply managing them.

She is the creator of Harmonised Hormones, a naturopathic program built around deep investigation and treatment tailored entirely to the individual, and hosts Oh My Menses, a podcast dedicated to honest conversation about periods, hormones, and cyclical living.

Karinda’s mission is to help as many women understand what their body has been trying to tell them and reclaim their cyclical power.
