It’s Locktober — but this year, I want to approach it a little differently.
Locktober is not a contest, and staying locked for 31 straight days isn’t what determines whether you succeeded. Your chastity journey should fit you, your partner, and your relationship — not somebody else’s rules on the internet.
In this episode, Subbie and I talk about our own chastity journey, why that little key became such a powerful symbol in our relationship, and the connection, trust, intimacy, and control we discovered along the way.
More importantly, we ask the question I think everyone should answer before participating in Locktober:
What’s your why?
Maybe you want to explore submission. Maybe you want to give your partner more control. Maybe it’s about intimacy, connection, orgasm control, or simply exploring something you’ve always been curious about.
Whatever the reason, make Locktober yours.
And remember: chastity is still just a sprinkle. It can enhance an FLR, but it doesn’t define one.

Thirty-one uninterrupted days in chastity doesn't automatically equal success. Decide what success actually means for you before you start.
2. What’s Your Why?
Why are you participating in Locktober? We talk about our own answer and why chastity became about much more than simply wearing a cage.

For us, the cage and key became symbols of trust, control, commitment, intimacy, and this little secret connection we carry with us.
4. Safety Never Equals Failure
Bad fit, irritation, sores, pain, hygiene issues — take the damn thing off. Protecting your body doesn't mean you failed Locktober.
5. Chastity Is a Sprinkle — Not the FLR
You don't need chastity to have a Female-Led Relationship, and participating in chastity doesn't automatically mean you're in an FLR. Your relationship comes first.
