H&LD E70 w/ Erik Wince: Learn all about coach and what he’s building at Fort Hays State in Hays, Kansas. Wince has coached at almost every single level of the sport. He explains why he thinks he found his sweet spot at the Division II level. Prior to Fort Hays State, Wince has been able to be the first D1 NCAA qualifier at Gardner-Webb and then went on to coach the first qualifiers and All-American at Greensboro. He talks about the significance of being the first as a coach and athlete. Self-talk will be the keys to Fort Hays State wrestlers competing at their best come postseason action.
