Coraline Plumat of Une Leçon d’Ancrage is a leading voice in Belgium’s R+ based equine training community and is a certified equine behaviour consultant CEBC with the IAABC.
Coraline's presentation will be: Training day gone wrong: how to avoid it, and what to do if it still happened We've all been there. We had a plan, driving to the barn with high enthusiasm and beautiful mental images of how this would be a glorious training day. Then, somehow, it all went sideways and we left the barn with this bitter feeling of having failed, ourselves and our horses. This talk will investigate the signs that we may sometimes miss that today is not training day, how to shift gears and still have some activities when conditions are not ideal and what to do to save the day without hurt if, unfortunately, training day still went wrong.
