Jed Ellerbroek expects to see decelerating earnings growth for the AI trade as stocks across the board get pummeled. However, that's not to say Jed doesn't see strengths in tech. He outlines earnings expectations for Apple (AAPL) and its iPhone ecosystem, along with the tone it will set for the AI trade ahead. Sticking with the Mag 7, Jed continues to see a bullish narrative for Nvidia (NVDA) even as Wall Street prices the stock for a ceiling on AI CapEx in 2027. He needs to see accelerating ROI and increasing token costs from companies for the buildout expansion to be justified.
