Chinese ADRs are outperforming global markets as the Nasdaq-100 (NDX) closes down more than 6% on Thursday. Henry Greene says there's strong buying from China's National Team, something he believes is a signal of confidence from China's government. Henry's team at KraneShares believes the Chinese equity markets may see a rotation into software and broaden purchases in technology and small caps.
