Roland Owen was tortured in a hotel Room in the early 1930's. The case remains a mystery. Roland gave a false name to the Hotel when he checked in. Who was this mysterious man and who would have wanted to murder him? Also I mention a woman named Lucille. In some articles they mention her as Louise so I apologize if I gave the wrong name.
