Hi, I am Bianca! I recently started sharing these mindfulness  exercises, incl. breathing exercises, bodyscans, (motivational) speeches  and self-loving exercises. I am practioning mindfulness for quite some  years now. Unfortunately, life has not been easy for me. I have  experienced depression, burn-out. I have lost my mother and my mother in  law. I also had a rough childhood with mental abuse. Because of these  life experiences, I have noticed that I was holding a lot of tension in  my body. I have gone to several therapists and they encouraged me to do  mindfulness. My journey started 10 years ago. I want to help others, so I  started my youtube channel and this podcast channel.
