You don't need to be a lawyer or a judge or even familiar with the code of ethics that governs lawyers and judges to know that judges are supposed to be independent and impartial. Judges can't be partisans, especially not political partisans. Especially in this day and age when the Republican Party and the Democratic Party are in court fighting one another - all day every day. But, of course, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has blow through those ethical rules and prohibitions.

One of the main reasons that the Democrats need to take back the House come the midterms is so they can launch the long-overdue impeachment inquiries into these corrupt Justices.
