Fay Newiadomski, a former University Dean with over 40 years of experience, is an international, award-winning change management strategist and is the founder and CEO of ICTN in 1993.

Fay has set up universities and schools, and she consults for and trains leading multinational companies. She has delivered many thousands of experiential workshops to the public and private sectors, and has published over 500 articles on business culture and leadership behavior.

Fay has designed and developed her own Leadership Program called the "Four Journeys of a Leader"© and is currently writing a book with the same title to accompany the program.

Her purpose is to awaken true leadership in leaders and she shares many insights on this topic during our conversation.
