Today we welcome Paulina Odame – humanitarian professional, Woman of West Africa, and maybe the loveliest person we know (from Ghana) . Paulina has worked in her region of West Africa and in the Middle East, thinking of her experiences and contexts, Paulina decided she wanted to talk (not as a professional) about the work phenomenon of Burn out (which is defined as chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed) – something that affects us all in some way or another.
