An island in the middle of the San Francisco Bay...later turned into one of America's most notorious federal prisons. This week Lenzy and I will be taking a trip to San Francisco and ferrying over to Alcatraz Island. An island rich in salt water and prisoners who are forever stuck riding out their prison sentences.
