On the morning of Friday, September 14, 2007, a fourteen-year-old boy in Doncaster, England put on his school uniform, told his family "see you later," and walked out the front door, but he never got on his school bus. Instead, he waited until everyone had left his house, then went back inside. He changed out of his school uniform, grabbed a few items, and headed to the Doncaster railway station where he bought a one-way ticket to London.
At 11:25 that morning, a CCTV camera watched him walk out of King's Cross station and into a city of eight million people. Now, nearly 19 years later, that eight seconds of footage is still the last confirmed sighting of Andrew Gosden.
