There are times in our lives as Christian men when it feels like God has forgotten all about us. We pray, but it seems like he doesn’t hear us. We cry out to him, but it feels like he doesn’t care about what we’re going through. And in those moments, the enemy will use our struggles to attack our minds, fill our thoughts with lies, weaken our faith, and cause us to doubt the goodness and faithfulness of God. But feelings don’t change the truth of God’s word. The Bible reminds us the Lord has promised never to leave us or forsake us. Even when we can’t see him working, don’t understand what he’s doing, or feel like he’s nowhere to be found, his promises remain true.
