WTF is Emotional Maturity?

We hear a lot about emotional immaturity (Have you read the book Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents ?) but how often do we hear about emotional MATURITY? A lot of these concepts I hadn't read about previously but they make a lot of sense.

Today I define what emotional maturity is and what it involves. Enjoy!
