Chioma Fanawopo is a Diversity and Inclusion specialist with 20 years’ experience in education, private, public and not-for-profit sectors and as a trustee and school governor. Having a knack for creating safe spaces for leadership as well as the talented people that support them, she facilitates and leads difficult conversations that act as a catalyst for change to transform behavior and get results. Chioma specializes in delivering training on all aspects of diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity. She is passionate about neurodiversity, intersectionality, menopause and gender gias as a facilitator, speaker, and teen/parent coach, and is a sincere woman of faith.
