It's 3 years after the end of the World at the hands of a virus that turns humans into vampire like zombies or vambies if you will.

It's down to the last man on Earth to find a cure and rebuild society. On one of his hunts he finds a woman and cures her of the virus. However she's part of the New World Order and they want him gone.
