In this episode we discuss the fourth trimester, the first three months of a baby's life, and why carrying is so vital for their (and our!) survival. Carrying is our biological norm as a species and Rosie goes into lots of detail about the biological and physiological effects of carrying on both the child and the wearer. Enjoy!
