Rick is an American deprogrammer, cult specialist, and founder and executive director of the nonprofit Cult Education Institute. You may have seen Rick on news programs or have seen some of his interviews but most recently, he was featured in the Starz produced docu-series, Seduced, which told India Oxenberg's journey through the dark world of the notorious slave-cult NXIVM. (Also seen in HBO's, The Vow!) Rick has also followed the Vallow/Daybell cases and is a qualified and accepted court expert witness.
