We pick up where we left off with Egwene and the White Tower under attack, with Siuan, Gareth and Gavin mounting a rescue attempt.
Ultimately they get Egwene back to the Rebels where there is hell to pay.
Meanwhile Rand turns his back on Bandar Eban's food crisis and Travels to Tear where he gives Darlin new orders.
When he thinks he's meeting with the Borderlanders he meets only Hurin! And after a near miss at Far Madding Rand sends Hurin back to the Borderlander leaders with an ominous message.
After all is said and done, Nynaeve is able to give Cadsuane the location of Perrin and his travel companions...
