Dr Manal Radwan, Special Envoy and Advisor of the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs for Negotiations and Peace Efforts, draws on two decades at the centre of Middle East diplomacy, from the Saudi-Iran rapprochement to the international campaign for the recognition of Palestinian statehood.
