Paul beseeches us in Colossians 4:1 to "walk worthy of the vocation to which we were called." When you study this scripture out, you will see that the word "worthy" doesn't describe something you work for or become. It describes who you are. Continue studying and you will see that the word "vocation" means "invitation to enjoy the perks and privileges of."
