For a long time, I was running on my to-do list. I loved the feeling of productivity — finishing tasks, achieving goals, moving forward. On the outside, it looked like progress.


But my body wasn’t having it.

My mental health started struggling.

And I realised I wasn’t just productive — I was overproductive.
