I quit a YouTube channel that made me $4,048.25, and now I’m bringing it back with a completely different YouTube monetization strategy.

Build your own $17-style product this week — my first-$1,000-in-7-days plan: https://youtu.be/xCewRqT15sY
In this video, I break down why I stopped uploading to a channel that had already generated thousands of dollars, 4,000 subscribers, and a video with more than 170,000 views. The problem wasn’t that the channel failed. The problem was that the old system was expensive, time-consuming, and too dependent on YouTube ad revenue.
Now I’m rebuilding the channel around a simpler model: talking-head videos, AI-assisted slides, a free lead magnet, a $17 digital product, affiliate offers, and YouTube revenue as a bonus instead of the foundation.
You’ll see the exact math behind my $10,000-per-month goal, why a low RPM makes AdSense alone a difficult path, and how I plan to turn a “boring” niche into a real business. I also explain why I’m shifting from paint-color videos into homeowner content I actually have experience with, and why that should make the videos easier to create and more useful to viewers.
I’ll also show how one digital product can create additional affiliate revenue while building an email list I control instead of depending entirely on YouTube.
This is not a theory video. I’m documenting the rebuild from roughly $300 per month toward an initial $3,000-per-month target and eventually $10,000 per month from digital products alone.
