In November 2022, 55 year old Leroy Fowler was rushed to hospital after suddenly becoming violently ill inside the home he shared with his girlfriend, Judy Church. Doctors quickly discovered something deeply unusual: Leroy's kidneys were shutting down, his blood had become dangerously acidic, and tests revealed he had been poisoned with ethylene glycol... the toxic chemical found in antifreeze. As investigators searched the couple's home, they uncovered disturbing evidence, including an orange-stained sports drink bottle, handwritten journals filled with anger, voodoo dolls, and chilling phone videos recorded while Leroy lay suffering on the floor. Prosecutors alleged that what first appeared to be a tragic medical emergency was, in reality, a calculated act of murder.
