Anthonia Ogundele founded The Ethos Lab after trying to find  a community space where her 10 year old daughter grow and build community, while feeling safe, seen and reflected.

The Ethos Lab is a youth-led creative co-working space at the intersection of STEM and culture, which centers the humanity of the Black experience.
