In this episode we discuss the development of multi-professional advanced practice focusing on services foryoung people with a learning disability, autism or both. 

We explore how advanced practice roles have been implemented in a Community Paediatric service, which is part of an acute hospital NHS Trust. 

We reflect on the opportunities these roles bring, the journey to their development and consider the experience of having a team with many professional backgrounds.  We hear how these roles can be developed in line with service needs, profession and area of practice.
