Leach's Storm-Petrel

  • 1 ½ oz Dark Rum
  • ½ oz Green Chartreuse
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the rum, chartreuse, lime juice, simple syrup and ice.
  2. Shake shake shake
  3. Strain into a glass with fresh ice and top with ginger beer
