Krysten "KD" Dean and Jess Scott are two amazing women of color who work with Eighth Day Sound and tour with Earth, Wind, and Fire. KD joins us as an industry veteran who has been touring for 12 years, while Jess has only recently started touring and is on her first year (at the time of the interview). Both women bring their unique perspectives and journeys into sound, as well as share with us their perspectives on being women of color in a highly dominant white-male field.
