Our Father longs to build a deep relationship of intimacy and trust with us in the secret place. When we respond to His invitation, the Father promises to reward us. This is not a calling to religious striving, because the heavenly reward system operates only by grace where everything is given as a gift to us. We are actually rewarded for what Jesus has done and is doing, both within our hearts and through our lives. Jesus does all the work and we reap the benefits of what He is doing.
