For the last year we've been working on a new collaboration with EUGY, the award-winning maker of recyclable, biodegradable toys. Videogames take children into other worlds; EUGY's models transport you into the world we inhabit through the animal. These stories grew out of that, as an expression of our respect and awe for the natural world.
The first is the Fennec Fox, the first in Dispatches: Animalia. No name, no human voice, no plot to resolve, no lesson to learn, no villain to escape. One fox, one night, told entirely inside his senses - his nose and his paws tell the story. You meet the world the way the fox does.
