Dave is the Course Foreman of Royal Adelaide Golf Club, and he is currently doing an incredible project travelling the eastern half of Australia by car with his family, feeding the homeless and disadvantaged with his low and slow BBQ. Dave is doing something amazing right now and I just had to have him on the podcast so you can hear about his incredible act of kindness!
The regular news also features the announcement of the return of the New Zealand Women's Open next year to the calendar, Waikanae Golf Club in NZ is adding a new tee to their 17th hole, Neangar Park GC in Victoria is hosting something special later this year, and Gold Creek Country Club in Canberra are continuing with more course improvements, along with plenty more as always.
