It was designed by Jim Wendler, a world class power lifter and renowned coach. But just because the 5/3/1 program was developed by an elite athlete doesn't mean it's not for you. In fact, 5/3/1 may be one of the best if not THE best training programs for people of all backgrounds. You will learn about the core philosophies behind the program, how the progression works, and why it combines so well with functional training.
