Is stakeholder management often overlooked in Procurement?

Velda has been working in procurement for many years, holding various roles such as
material planning, warehouse inventory management, and manufacturing direct and
indirect side. She has been in the technology industry for the last 5 years. Throughout
her illustrious career, she has learned that building relationships and strong social skills
