I recorded this at 37 weeks pregnant, right before baby #2 arrives and right before Leo turns two—and it felt like the perfect moment to pause and reflect.

In this episode, I'm sharing what these last two years of motherhood have actually taught me—the parts I didn't expect, the parts I resisted, and the parts I'm finally beginning to understand.

We talk about identity shifts, learning to trust life again, letting go of perfection, becoming kinder to ourselves, and remembering that hard doesn't mean something has gone wrong.

What We Dive Into:

✧ The shock of becoming a completely new version of yourself

✧ Why hard doesn't mean you're failing

✧ Learning to trust life (and yourself) on a bigger level

✧ Letting go of perfection and keeping it all together

✧ Learning to feel safe inside incompletion, imperfection and uncertainty

✧ Why meaningful things don't always feel fulfilling in the moment

✧ Holding multiple truths at once

✧ Trusting unknown seasons where you don't know who you are or where you're going yet
