🇧🇪 January, 2024. On a damp winter day, Dutch man Maarten Dickhoff, 44, makes the almost three hour drive from his home in the Netherlands for a brief break on Belgium’s coast. Over the next 24 hours, he would make numerous trips back and forth across the same border, before finally leaving his car at a market town on the Belgian side and disappearing. Maarten has not been seen again and his tight-knit family have spent the last two and a half years searching for him.
