Thank you for tuning into episode #17 of The Why Moments Podcast.

Meet Angie Yu, she is an investment consulting analyst who lives in Vancouver, Canada.

In this episode, Angie shares her honest story of dealing with the death of her friend in 2017 who was a part of her life at a significant time. He took his own life and this triggered the resurface of some childhood memories.

We also talk about the end of her long-term relationship in 2019 and realizing that all of these factors may have led to the diagnosis of depression in 2020, a condition she kept repressing but was with her for longer than she thought.

I personally loved reading Angie's articles on her Medium page and she is also the co-host of the podcast "Shit We Don't Tell Mom". Links down below. Thank you Angie for being so open and vulnerable about your story. This was another emotional one and we cry/sniffle throughout the episode. I loved every moment of this conversation and I hope you guys enjoy listening to the episode!
