Dr. Oyenike Balogun-Mwangi is a licensed psychologist in the state of Massachusetts and earned her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. Her training/professional experiences are expansive, and cover a range of settings including, college counseling centers, community mental health settings, residential treatment programs, forensic inpatient sites, and partial hospital programs.
Aside from her private practice. work, she is a full-time Assistant Professor and maintain an active research agenda focused on racial micro-aggressions, racial/cultural disparities related to body image, and intersectional discrimination of racial minorities with serious mental illness.
