Here is the breakdown!

If you want to work with me, a trauma therapist with 16 years of experience, I have Thursday afternoon spots open, and a few more evening spots opening up next week. Reach out to me at adalina@adalinaeast.com to set up a chat!

I promised some adaptations to regular therapy that would help neurodivergent people-those with ADHD, people on the autism spectrum, and OCD. Sadly, there is literally NO reliable research on adapting trauma therapy for those with AuDHD yet.

In this episode, you will hear all about the adaptations that you can use to advocate for yourself with your therapist. No one should have to put up with therapy that doesn't really help and is not meant for their unique brain. There is more research coming in this area, but if you want to work with a therapist who knows how to adapt trauma therapy for you, I suggest finding one that advertises that specifically.

You all have asked so many questions since the part 1 of this series that I wanted to cover as much as possible! Keep your questions coming, though we are going back to channeled messages next week. We will come back to this subject soon though, and I always love hearing from you.
