London, UK: Emily is in year 11. She overcame the torpor and tedium of lock-down by starting a letter-writing campaign called: "Letters of Hope for Patients"  (@lettersofhopeforpatients on Instagram).  She explains how a number of patients, alone and isolated, now receive hopeful notes from her and others using the note-writing system she created.
