What is it going to take to bring the next generation back to Jesus?

In this Sunday message, Pastor Donnie McClurkin delivers an urgent charge to the church: every generation, regardless of culture, trend, or identity, must be brought to a real relationship with Jesus Christ. He warns that today's young people are being taught to relate to everything else first- race, sexuality, substances, social media, entertainment, and academics- while the foundation they actually need is Christ alone.

Drawing from his own testimony of childhood trauma and the salvation he found at just nine years old, he speaks candidly about the brokenness many carry in silence and points to Jesus as the only sufficient answer. The message turns to a call for sanctified living among believers of every age, reminding the church that consistency at home and in public shapes what the next generation inherits.

Pointing to Joel's prophecy of the Spirit poured out on all generations and its fulfillment on the day of Pentecost, he reminds the church that sons and daughters, young and old, are called to carry this move of God forward.

Anchored in 1 Thessalonians 4:1-4, this sermon is a call to reach the generations before the culture does.

Every generation needs a real foundation in Christ, not a cultural substitute for Him.
