Oh dear. I tell you, one of my biggest challenges in life has been so far (and still is!) to ENJOY. It’s almost as if I did not know the word fun and ease. It was as if it’s not for me. Okay, now I’m maybe a bit too hard on myself but I would for sure set joy and ease not on the first pillar of life. Of course, I would have wanted it so badly to enter that state, but I didn’t really know how to. Sounds weird right? But yes, that’s how it felt to me.
And at the same time, I step into my fullest potential if I follow my joy. So of course, it is also again a way of self-sabotaging to not step into joy, because then I would also be in my fullest potential. And a part in me doesn’t want that. The part that tries to protect me from getting hurt.
Luckily, I can say now, that I found a way to integrate more joy and ease into my daily life! A big LIFE-CHANGER.
