A long chat with my friend Xavier Abu Eid, where we explore the realities of Palestinian food in the diaspora and at home, where we tackle concepts like "authentic" , where we talk about memories of food. Being in conversation with someone who is a long time friend, I took the liberties to expand on many topics in freedom.
