Aleksandra (Olenka) Kacperczyk is Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School in the UK. Her research covers entrepreneurship, innovation, social responsibility and mobility and labour markets. She was also a representative at large at OMT.Olenka explained how her very entrepreneurial family sparked the questions in her that she now works on in her research.
