Are you ready to learn a simple life hack that can rapidly transform your life?
Well that is what we are going to do in today's episode. Start Segment Intending and watch how quickly your days start to improve. So what is segment intending? It is a simple technique where you focus your intention on specific time segments of your day to deliberately create the outcome you desire. Basically, it is a way to raise your vibration before you take any action to energetically prepave your upcoming experience. You do this by taking a moment to think about what is coming in a specific time period and how you would like it to be. POSITIVE THOUGHTS ONLY It works in conjunction with the law of Attraction.
Examples are:
Driving to work: "My intentions for my commute today are a clear and calm traffic free experience with a speedy and safe arrival"
Going to the dentist: "Today's visit will be an effortless and painfree experience. I will be seen immediately and be in great health."
Going on a date: " My intentions for this evening are to have delightful conversations, feel inspired and connected with lots of joy and laughter"
Attending an event: "Tonight I will meet interesting people and will make impactful connections that bring me closer to my professional goals on a clear and effortless path"
You get the idea..... Be creative. It helps greatly if you also visualize the desired outcome as reality and let yourself feel how good it feels. This raises your vibration to match the outcome you want.
