Today is my final commute to the company where I’ve spent nearly my entire professional career.

This isn’t just the last drive to work—it’s the closing of a chapter that began in my early twenties and carried me through buying a home, raising a family, hurricanes, promotions, friendships, challenges, and more memories than I could possibly count.

In this episode, I reflect on what those three decades have meant, why I’m excited for what’s next, and why this isn’t really goodbye—it’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.
