Nick Preston is a legend in the sport of freestyle skiing. He has spent over 40 years in the sport of freestyle. He has coached more than 50 people to the US Ski Team, 13 Olympians and 3 Olympic Gold Medalists, Nikki Stone, Hannah Kearney, and Ashley Caldwell. He has won coach of the year multiple times and was a former coach for the US Ski Team. He was the director at Waterville Valley from 1980-2015 and founded Freestyle America in 1983 with his wife Suzi which continues to run today and is the longest continuously running freestyle camp in the US. Nick and his wife were also former competitors while coaching in the sport. Nick has been instrumental in the growth of Freestyle and he continues to influence the sport he loves.
